Avamore can provide a bridge before moving to the development stage under its Refurbishment or Ground Up product. Avamore offers bridging finance for residential project only. It can also fund schemes if there are a few final works remaining under its Finish & Exit Product.
Avamore’s Residential Bridging Product is suitable for property acquisition or when you are looking to buy a development site with planning consent quickly. It can also be used when buy-to-let finance is not available, or the borrower needs to refinance a completed development facility in order to release equity for the acquisition of another site.
