Adam Butler joined Avamore Capital in April 2020 as a Relationship Manager.
Prior to his time at Avamore, Adam worked at Hampshire Trust Bank as a Lending Manager deal with large transactions, portfolios clients and bridging finance. He has also held Business Development Manager positions at Vida Home Loans and First4Bridging, working on a range of property finance sectors from specialist residential and BTL to bridging and development finance.
Prior to his time working for lenders, Adam spent several years as a financial adviser, assisting clients with mortgage and insurance products. Having worked as a broker, Adam is also CeMAP qualified.
In his time outside of work, Adam enjoys socialising with friends and family and also playing sports.

Cameron started his career at NatWest, spending 5 years in various roles, the main one of which was Portfolio Manager within the Real Estate Finance team. Harry graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Investment and Finance in Property.
In the summer of 2018, he did work experience with Avamore Capital where he reviewed loan enquiries as well as writing a series of research projects on topics such as the impact that Brexit will have on the property industry.
Starting as one of the first Credit Analysts, Harry has developed his role and now leads the team of four. Harry combines creative thinking with quality assurance to ensure that Avamore is deploying capital against a variety of transactions with strong underlying assets.
Prior to this, Harry has also worked with the Crown Estate team at BNP Paribas, National Grid Properties and Infabode (Proptech Company)
Harry graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Investment and Finance in Property.

With over three years in real estate, Toran comes in with a strong background in private equity and project management. As such he has had exposure across the full project life cycle all the way from sourcing through to practical completion. With core responsibilities lying within due diligence, financial modelling, deal origination and investor relations.
Toran graduated with a first class honours in BSc Project Management for Construction from University College London and forms part of the Asset Management team at Avamore where he will be focussing on loan management and distribution.
During his time at UCL, Toran was part of the university football team and was head of events for the construction society.
With over three years in real estate, Toran comes in with a strong background in private equity and project management. As such he has had exposure across the full project life cycle all the way from sourcing through to practical completion. With core responsibilities lying within due diligence, financial modelling, deal origination and investor relations.

In 2020, he graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Economics, Finance and Banking. Whilst at university Renzo completed several internships in investment banking.
Outside of work, Renzo has a keen interest in technology where he enjoys building computers. He also is a keen sportsman and regularly participates in rugby, weightlifting and swimming.

On his return to the UK, Henry discovered his passion for real estate and worked in a small London surveying firm focusing on the changing business rate market in April 2017. There, his position was client facing taking them step by step through the review process with the VOA. After the 2-month internship came to an end he worked as a lettings negotiator in South West London to fund the Real Estate Finance masters.
Henry joined Avamore Capital in 2018 as Transaction Analyst after completing a MSc in Real Estate Finance at Reading University.
Henry graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance from Oxford Brookes University in 2016. From there, he went on to live in Kuala Lumpur working in wealth management. There, he worked in sales whilst gaining knowledge of the financial markets by working closely with several fund managers.
On his return to the UK, Henry discovered his passion for real estate and worked in a small London surveying firm focusing on the changing business rate market in April 2017. There, his position was client facing taking them step by step through the review process with the VOA. After the 2-month internship came to an end he worked as a lettings negotiator in South West London to fund the Real Estate Finance masters.
Prior to joining Avamore in May 2022, Becky worked as an Investment Analyst at Proseed Capital, a mezzanine finance lender in London. In this role, she dealt with transactions from start to finish and assisted with managing development sites.
Previous to this Becky graduated from the University of Reading with a masters in Real Estate and an undergraduate degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys skiing, playing tennis and spending time with her friends and family.

Nick’s previous experience of managing a finance function across a global organisation and, assisting in the implementation and control of a European regulated entity puts him in a good position to identify opportunities for cost saving and financial gain whilst ensuring stability and growth for Avamore.
In his free time, Nick enjoys following international rugby and exploring beautiful and historic sites across the UK.

Sabinder started her career at a small Marketing Agency where she first met with Avamore Capital and directly managed its account. She then moved into a role at Silicon Valley Bank as Marketing Associate, before taking on the opportunity to work with Avamore in-house.
Sabinder has gained experience in marketing strategy development and execution within a range of industries. She has marketed products and services using a variety of channels and is particularly keen to use new and innovative approaches to help grow the business and work to create an outstanding client experience.
Sabinder is also co-founder and Trustee of Ajvir Singh Sandhu Leadership Foundation. The organisation works with young people equipping them with the soft skills to become future successful leaders. In her spare time, Sabinder works on sourcing new opportunities for the charity, managing partner relationships and executing fundraising activities.

After 18 months in this role, she wanted to get some travelling under her belt and so made the move to Australia. She undertook a few customer services roles as she travelled before becoming an Executive Assistant to four Directors in one of the largest law firms in Australia. Having found her passion for organisation and helping create an efficient workspace, Laura came back to the UK and joined Avamore in the hopes of continuing to strengthen her skills.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys yoga, meditation and cooking delicious food.

She undertook a few customer services roles as she travelled before becoming an Executive Assistant to four Directors in one of the largest law firms in Australia. Having found her passion for organisation and helping create an efficient workspace, Laura came back to the UK and joined Avamore in the hopes of continuing to strengthen her skills.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys yoga, meditation and cooking delicious food
Philip joined Avamore as Senior Underwriter in March 2019, having previously held roles at Proplend and Barclays.
Since joining the business Philip has overseen the execution of over £300m of development and bridging loans.
Philip now co-leads the management team with a focus on loan execution and asset management.
Outside of work, Philip is married with a young son and can either be found on the golf course, on his bike or ardently supporting Liverpool through thick and thin.
Philip joined Avamore as Senior Underwriter in March 2019
Philip was previously Head of Credit at Proplend, where he executed on a range of bridging and commercial transactions. During his tenure, Philip was essential in supporting the company growth and saw Proplend’s loan booking increasing from £30m to £60m over 18 months.
Prior to this, Philip completed an MBA at Cass Business School and spent 5 years at Barclays where he was a Real Estate Credit Associate handling all commercial and residential transactions between £5m-£50m.
Outside of work, Philip spends his spare time training for and participating in triathlons.
D’mitri Zaprzala joined Avamore Capital in October 2021 as Director. Prior to joining Avamore, D’mitri was Head of Residential at Octopus Real Estate.
D’mitri co-leads the Management Team and is a member of the Credit Committee. His key focus is on executing core initiatives to drive Avamore’s growth, whilst also providing guidance on commercial aspects, working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams.
Away from work D’mitri is married and a father to three young children. When he is not out walking the dog, or working as a taxi driver for his children, he is passionate about Arsenal and is one of the most optimistic fans you will ever likely meet.
