Adam Butler joined Avamore Capital in April 2020 as a Relationship Manager.
Prior to his time at Avamore, Adam worked at Hampshire Trust Bank as a Lending Manager deal with large transactions, portfolios clients and bridging finance. He has also held Business Development Manager positions at Vida Home Loans and First4Bridging, working on a range of property finance sectors from specialist residential and BTL to bridging and development finance.
Prior to his time working for lenders, Adam spent several years as a financial adviser, assisting clients with mortgage and insurance products. Having worked as a broker, Adam is also CeMAP qualified.
In his time outside of work, Adam enjoys socialising with friends and family and also playing sports.

His insights have provided a strong foundation for his move into the specialist lending space and his sales focused experience means that he is in a strong position to support Avamore’s Relationship Managers and provide outstanding service to the broker market.
Outside of work, Cameron has a keen interest in playing sports including football, golf and boxing.

Kymberley’s passion for other creative areas such as graphic design, video creation, and social media led her into Marketing, and in 2009 she joined an agency as a Digital Marketing Manager.
Since then, she has worked her way up through various marketing roles across different sectors, including entertainment, recruitment, and IT.
In 2019, she entered the world of Financial Services and has worked on several exciting marketing projects at different businesses across this space.

Harry graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Investment and Finance in Property.
In the summer of 2018, he did work experience with Avamore Capital where he reviewed loan enquiries as well as writing a series of research projects on topics such as the impact that Brexit will have on the property industry.
Starting as one of the first Credit Analysts, Harry has developed his role and now leads the team of four. Harry combines creative thinking with quality assurance to ensure that Avamore is deploying capital against a variety of transactions with strong underlying assets.
Prior to this, Harry has also worked with the Crown Estate team at BNP Paribas, National Grid Properties and Infabode (Proptech Company)
Harry graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Investment and Finance in Property.

Prior to joining Avamore, Chayanne worked at Alexander Hall as a Mortgage Broker assisting clients with Residential and Buy- to-Let mortgages. After 18 months in this role, she wanted to get some travelling under her belt and so made the move to Australia. She undertook a few customer services roles as she travelled before becoming an Executive Assistant to four Directors in one of the largest law firms in Australia. Having found her passion for organisation and helping create an efficient workspace, Laura came back to the UK and joined Avamore in the hopes of continuing to strengthen her skills.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys yoga, meditation and cooking delicious food.

Tanzeel graduated in 2020 from the University of Greenwich, where he studied accounting and finance. Shortly after, he completed work experience at a small accounting practice before working at DMG Events, a company that hosts events around the world. His role was to manage the financial accounting side of the business.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places and nature. He also enjoys gaming, boxing, and UFC.
Tanzeel graduated in 2020 from the University of Greenwich, where he studied accounting and finance. Biraj joined Avamore Capital in June 2024 as a Junior Software Engineer.
In 2022, Biraj graduated from the Medway School of Pharmacy with a BSc degree in Pharmacology and Physiology. Despite his primary focus on pharmacology, he always had a strong interest in coding, which he pursued as a hobby. This passion for technology inspired him to transition into a career in software engineering. His strong STEM background enabled him to enrol in a graduate scheme with Sigma Labs, which served as his gateway into the field. The comprehensive training course he completed there, provided him with solid foundations in programming, full-stack software engineering, cloud computing, and software testing, as well as in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
His success in the Sigma Labs course led to his placement in a professional software development role with a leading technology consulting firm. In this role, Biraj successfully delivered various software projects in Agile teams, consistently emphasising performance, accessibility, and a high-quality user experience.
In his spare time, he enjoys exploring new technologies and tinkering with electronics. Biraj has a particular passion for building mechanical keyboards. Additionally, he loves travelling and trying new foods.

Philip joined Avamore as Senior Underwriter in March 2019, having previously held roles at Proplend and Barclays.
Since joining the business Philip has overseen the execution of over £300m of development and bridging loans.
Philip now co-leads the management team with a focus on loan execution and asset management.
Outside of work, Philip is married with a young son and can either be found on the golf course, on his bike or ardently supporting Liverpool through thick and thin.
Philip joined Avamore as Senior Underwriter in March 2019
Philip was previously Head of Credit at Proplend, where he executed on a range of bridging and commercial transactions. During his tenure, Philip was essential in supporting the company growth and saw Proplend’s loan booking increasing from £30m to £60m over 18 months.
Prior to this, Philip completed an MBA at Cass Business School and spent 5 years at Barclays where he was a Real Estate Credit Associate handling all commercial and residential transactions between £5m-£50m.
Outside of work, Philip spends his spare time training for and participating in triathlons.
D’mitri Zaprzala joined Avamore Capital in October 2021 as Director. Prior to joining Avamore, D’mitri was Head of Residential at Octopus Real Estate.
D’mitri co-leads the Management Team and is a member of the Credit Committee. His key focus is on executing core initiatives to drive Avamore’s growth, whilst also providing guidance on commercial aspects, working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams.
Away from work D’mitri is married and a father to three young children. When he is not out walking the dog, or working as a taxi driver for his children, he is passionate about Arsenal and is one of the most optimistic fans you will ever likely meet.

Matt joined Avamore Capital as Director of Credit in October 2023 from Octopus Real Estate, where he was Head of Credit for Residential Development for six years, having started his career at Lloyds where we held roles in both Real Estate and Corporate and Commercial divisions with a focus on debt restructuring.
