We have successfully redeemed a £207k bridging loan. This loan allowed the borrower to complete the purchase of a large vacant office building in Benfleet, after which they will transition to a development facility.

The borrower plans to convert the existing first and second floors into four flats and to add two additional flats on a new third floor.

The diligence and collaboration by the team with the borrower helped achieve this successful outcome and led to the redemption of the loan.
