This developer needed assistance in funding a development in Harpenden. The project includes two identical semi-detached houses with gardens and parking. The site is owned by the Borrower and has planning approval. They plan to retain the houses and refinance on a BTL facility once the development is completed. 

We provided the £1m loan which allowed the developer to start the construction and move the project forward. This was a great result for the client who had a strong A & L, a lot of recent experience in developing similar properties, and an impressive portfolio.
