We recently completed a £2.8 million refurbishment loan for an office-to-residential conversion in Manchester.
The property consists of a former office space with approved planning to convert it into 24 self-contained flats, featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units. Although the scale of the build is significant, the construction works are relatively straightforward as no structural changes are required.
