We recently redeemed a £3.8 million development loan that supported our borrower in successfully completing the construction of 14 flats on the upper floors of an existing office building in Bromley. This development also includes a retail unit on the ground floor and adjoining land. The borrower retained the commercial space below and sold the flats above.

This project was fantastic, and we are pleased to have been able to provide the necessary funding to see it through to completion. It serves as another example of how our experienced team collaborates closely with the borrower throughout the loan term to ensure the project is completed on time.
