What is the Refurbishment Product?


The Refurbishment Product is applicable for any development scheme which has a minimum of 1 existing wall being maintained on the project. The Refurbishment Product can be used for converting an existing property into residential units or a mixed use scheme. Avamore can support on Light, Medium & Heavy refurbishment schemes. The type of refurbishment is determined by the percentage of the build cost compared to day 1 market value.

*Minimum 1% Procurement Fee, can be increased upwards
